Villa Maillard is a beautiful detached villa with sea views. Ideally located on the south coast of Sardinia, in the town of Quartu Sant Elena – Capitana. The capital Cagliari and the airport are just 20 km from the villa. The perfect stay ‘for your holiday getaway’.
The interior design of the fully renovated villa reflects modest luxury, with Italian vintage items and beautiful details. Designed by owner and interior designer Barbara Maillard.
On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with a comfortable lounge area, charming fireplace, and dining table for eight. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, and the luxurious master bathroom and cozy Sunrise bedroom (for 2 people) are also located on the ground floor.
Enjoy outside dining on the veranda at the spacious dining table, while enjoying the panoramic sea view.
On the first floor, you will find the second bathroom, the Ocean bedroom (for 2 people) and the spacious Blossom bedroom (for 2 – 4 people). Both bedrooms have separate access to the breathtaking rooftop terrace with sea view.
Both rooms feature a private lounge area, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Due to its spacious layout, the villa can accommodate up to eight people and will be rented out in its entirety, not per room.

After the major renovation, the villa and the entire interior have been completely renovated and equipped with all modern facilities for total comfort. Our bedrooms feature luxurious box spring beds, which can become two single beds.

In 1997, Barbara visited Sardinia for the first time. Her father and family live there. Barbara: This island was love at first sight for me, with its pristine white sandy beaches and azure Mediterranean Sea.
