The villa accommodates up to 8 people and is ideally located on the south coast of Sardinia, in the town of Quartu Sant’Elena – Capitana. The capital, Cagliari and the airport are just 20 km from the villa. The perfect stay for your holiday getaway.
The interior design of the fully renovated villa reflects modest luxury, with Italian vintage items and beautiful details. Designed by owner and interior designer Barbara Maillard.
On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with a comfortable lounge area, charming fireplace, and dining table for eight. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, and the luxurious master bathroom and cozy Sunrise bedroom (for 2 people) are also located on the ground floor.
Enjoy outside dining on the veranda at the spacious dining table , while enjoying the panoramic sea view.
On the first floor, you will find the second bathroom, the Ocean bedroom (for 2 people) and the spacious Blossom bedroom (for 2 – 4 people). Both bedrooms have separate access to the breathtaking rooftop terrace with sea view.
Both rooms feature a private lounge area, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
The villa is situated within a residential area and sits on a 1000 m2 plot of land with a fully enclosed garden. It gives a peaceful setting with an open view of the idyllic landscape and the Mediterranean Sea.
The charming Capitana beach is just 1.5 km away from the villa. Fancy some more liveliness? Within moments, you can reach the bustling tourist resorts of Costa Rei, Villasimius, and Chia. Or visit the beautiful city of Cagliari.
