The Villa is available for 1 to a maximum of 8 people.

The minimum length of stay is 3 nights, 4 days.

You can request a reservation for Villa Maillard through the booking system on the website.
Villa Maillard will respond to your reservation request as soon as possible. Once Villa Maillard and 'the tenant' have reached an agreement, you will receive a request to pay the deposit. Once the deposit is received, the reservation is binding and legally valid. 

Within 7 days after you have received a confirmation on the reservation request, you must pay 50% of the total rental amount in advance. Only when Villa Maillard has received this deposit, your reservation is final. You will always receive an email confirmation that the deposit has been received and that your reservation is hereby finalized.

At least 8 weeks before the agreed day of arrival, the remaining amount must be paid, (including deposit and cleaning fee) to the same bank account number where the deposit was paid.

If you book within 8 weeks before the agreed day of arrival, you immediately pay the entire rent including final cleaning and deposit (100%) to make the reservation final.

Upon agreement of the reservation, the tenant will owe Villa Maillard the full travel amount, subject to the cancellation policy;

In case of earlier departure (than the agreed departure date when making the reservation), no refund will be granted and Villa Maillard's cancellation policy (see below) will apply.

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (via email) to Villa Maillard. The cancellation is effective after Villa Maillard has received this message and confirmed it in writing.

The following amounts are due in case of cancellation:
In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the day of arrival; 50% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation between 3 months and 8 weeks before the day of arrival; 70% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation between 8 weeks and 3 weeks before the day of arrival; 85% of the total travel sum.
In case of cancellation within 3 weeks before the day of arrival: 100% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation, refund of amounts paid (or provision of a so-called voucher) is unfortunately not possible. We therefore recommend all renters to take out a good cancellation insurance (All Risk).

In the event of cancellation, the renter can then claim a full refund of the rent from the insurer. The reason for cancellation must fall within the coverage area of the cancellation insurance.

In case of force majeure such as strike, (civil) war, a natural disaster or terrorism, in consultation with the tenant will be considered whether another vacation accommodation is available elsewhere or cancellation takes place.
