Villa Maillard is a beautiful detached villa with sea view, suitable for up to 8 people. Located on the south coast of Sardinia in Quartu Sant'Elena - Capitana, just 20 km from Cagliari and the airport, it offers the perfect base for a relaxing stay.
The fully renovated villa exudes understated luxury, with Italian vintage items and attention to detail. The interior was designed by owner and interior designer Barbara Maillard.
On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with comfortable seating area, fireplace and dining table, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Also located here are the luxurious master bathroom and the cozy Sunrise bedroom (2 persons). From the adjoining veranda with dining table you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.
The second floor houses the second bathroom, the Ocean bedroom (sleeps 2) and the spacious Blossom bedroom (sleeps 2-4). Both rooms have access to a breathtaking rooftop terrace with ocean views, perfect for enjoying the setting sun.
Villa Maillard is located in a quiet residential area on a spacious plot of 1000 m², with a fully fenced garden. Its location offers an unobstructed view of nature and the Mediterranean Sea.
